He and his wife, Vickie, live in Highland, Utah, have three girls, and nine grandchildren. He encourages others to claim the blessings of health by eating from God’s Garden.

Lowell has served for nearly 30 years in the Republican Party as a precinct chair and vice chair, as a county and a state delegate, as a member of legislative district leadership, as a chair/member of the county party Constitution and Bylaws Committee, as Treasurer for the county party from 2001 to 2005, as Education Chair of the county party from 2015 to 2017, and as vice chair of the Utah Republican Party from 2011 to 2013. He is currently a member of the state party central committee.

Lowell is the Utah State Coordinator for the Campaign for Liberty, a nation-wide non-partisan campaign whose mission is to “promote and defend the great American principles of individual liberty, constitutional government, sound money, free markets, and a noninterventionist foreign policy, by means of education, issue advocacy, and grassroots mobilization.”

Lowell is a Tuesday morning talk show host on KTalk Radio (AM 1640) for the nine o’clock “Path to State and Local Sovereignty” hour. His show addresses current news events, civic and political activity, and the duty of local (state and county) public servants to nullify any executive order, legislative statute, judicial opinion, and bureaucratic regulation that lies outside of the constitution.
